We hope you are really happy with your purchases, but if for any reason you do need to return something to us, please refer to the information below

If you made your purchase through a partnered retail location, then any return will need to be made in accordance with the returns/cancellation policy of the relevant retailer and should not be returned directly to us

Similarly, if you purchased products on the Hairforce Products website, you must return them in accordance with the procedure outlined below and not directly to a partnered retail location

Should you wish to return your products, please follow the instructions below so that we can process your return as quickly as possible

If you are not happy with the products:

If you are not satisfied with your Products and wish to return them you must do the following – return them within 7 days of delivery, return the item in a saleable condition, in its original packaging, enclosing a copy of the original receipt

Returns should be sent to: Hairforce Returns, Nitoff Ltd, 158b Deans Lane, Edgware, London, HA8 9NT

Unless the goods are faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the cost of returning them to us.

It is recommended you use a ‘signed for’ delivery service, such as Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery.  We are not liable for any packages lost in the post

Please note for reasons of health and safety, we will only be able to offer a refund or exchange on unused items

Once the returned goods have been received and verified, your account will be credited, refund issued, or exchange made, as applicable

Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used within 14 days from the day we receive products back from you

We will not provide a full refund if the goods show signs of unreasonable use. In such circumstances, we will notify you that a reduced refund amount will be available or you can choose to arrange for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification

If the goods you received are faulty:

If the goods are faulty, please contact our shop at [email protected] and send us pictures of your faulty products, along with your name, address, email and order number (on invoice). We will be able to offer you a full refund including the cost of delivery if the goods that you have received were unsuitable for use

In addition to the rights described above (and in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015), if the goods you receive are damaged or faulty, or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund.

Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights, including any rights you may have under the European Union’s Distance Selling Regulations
